Oysters are shipped via UPS Next Day or 2-Day Air. Please allow for 24 hours for us to harvest and prepare for shipping. Orders are shipped Monday - Thursday only with deliveries on Tuesday - Friday. Please review our shipping policy HERE.

Yes, you can eat our Frozen Top-Off Oysters raw! Just thaw them in the fridge for 12-18 hours before serving, but we do recommend eating these cooked.
