RETURN/EXCHANGE/REFUND POLICY
*If an oyster, clam, or any other perishable package can't be delivered due to an error of you the customer entering your shipping address or information when placing the order, Carolina Gold Oyster Company nor UPS are responsible for any additional fees that may incur in order to reroute or reship the package and no refunds will be given.

The following return and refund policy is specifically for the purchasing of the apparel and accessories we carry. This does not pertain to our oysters.
Guidelines for returns and exchanges:
- Return/Exchange must be within 14 days of purchaseÂ
- All returns/exchanges must be unworn and unwashed as well as include all original packaging and tags
- Return shipping and shipping back to the buyer is the responsibility of the buyerÂ
- Returns are subject to a 20% restock feeÂ
- Returns are credited to original form of payment or possible store creditÂ
- If exchanging for another item or size, the buyer will be charged a $9.99 shipping fee and will be responsible for the return shipping of the original item.

*Eating raw or undercooked oysters, clams, or mussels may cause severe illness.
