Processing
Order processing of apparel and accessories takes place during normal business hours, Monday through Friday. please allow 1-2 days for processing. Orders received after 3pm Eastern Standard Time will be begin being processed the following business day.
Shipping
Shipping times depend on your location. If you live down the street from us in NC, you'll get it faster than if you live in Hawaii. UPS quotes, but does not guarantee, 2-8 business days for domestic delivery. If you live outside of the continental US times could obviously be longer.
If a package can't be delivered due to an error of you the customer entering your shipping address when placing the order, Carolina Gold Oyster Company is NOT responsible for any additional fees that may incur in order to reroute or reship the package and no refunds will be given.
