We offer three different sizes of oysters: Fool’s Gold (1.75-2 inches), Carolina Golds (2-3 inch) and Carolina Gold Bars (4+ inches). Single oysters sold in quantities of 24, 36, 50, 60 and 100. Our oysters have flawless deep cups and have a flavor profile of refreshing, salty, and sweet!
